August 2023 Updates
We have several updates to share with y'all!
New filters
We've added several new filters for finding your sleep logs:
- Awakening (middle of night)
Filter days where you woke up between a given time interval, e.g. 4am - 5am
- Medication dose
Before you could only filter on a given medication, but now you do it by dose as well!
- Medication taken at
Filter on what time you took a medication at
- Sleep efficiency
Sleep efficiency is measured by the time awake divided by the time in bed
- Time in bed (hours)
Often time you want to filter sleep logs on how much you slept, but it can also be useful to understand which days you spent a lot of time in bed even if you didn't sleep well

Improved tags visual
We have an improved the chart for showing your tags you've added to your sleep diary, including how you feel and your medications:

You can also filter them.

OR filter condition
It's been quite limiting that you could only search your sleep logs by filtering for A and B and C... No more! You can add filters to find sleep logs that match criteria A or B, and even more complex filters like (A and B) or (C and D).
