February 2023: Delete confirmations

We have a small update we wanted to share with you for February. Have you ever accidentally deleted one of your sleep episodes? Or accidentally forgot to save changes to your settings?

This is a small ergonomic improvement, but we added confirmation dialogs when:

Deleting a sleep episode
Delete a sleep log
Not saving your settings changes

This is a good time to remind everyone that Sleepvue has read-only access to your device data! Deleting a sleep log or episode does not effect your device data.

February 2025: Zoom into your sleep stages when editing

Have you ever had trouble editing your sleep stages when a stage is only a minute or two? You can now zoom in on your sleep stages in the editor. This feature is especially helpful when you have to work with data from your Fitbit which can have many awakenings

October 2023 Updates

You can now color code the events chart by hours slept and by rating. This can give you a bird's eye view of how your sleep looked or how you felt over time.
