June 2021: Visualize your sleep schedule
I am constantly adding new visuals that you can use in your dashboard. This month I wanted to announce a couple of new charts you can use to help understand your sleeping patterns better.
Introducing the sleep and wake up time breakdown chart:

Keeping a consistent bedtime and wakeup time is a major tenet of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and other approaches to overcome insomnia. This chart gives you a better idea of that.
Looking at some of my sleep in early January, I can definitely do a better job of having a more consistent sleep schedule...!
